Shipping Policy

At AmiraTrails, we prioritize delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently—wherever you are located globally. This Shipping Policy provides a comprehensive overview of how we manage order fulfillment and delivery.

Order Processing

  • After placing your order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing. This period covers order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Worldwide Delivery

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination but generally range from 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries to remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer transit times. Customs processing can also add to delivery duration.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment

  • AmiraTrails accepts only Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
  • Upon delivery, the full payment must be made in cash. Delivery personnel may not have change, so kindly have the exact amount ready.
  • We cannot release packages without full payment at delivery.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with any available tracking details.
  • Tracking availability depends on the courier and your location.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to pay COD, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipment might not always be possible. Additional charges may apply if re-shipment is approved.
  • Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid missed deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • In the rare case your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and order details.
  • We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping information, including contact numbers.
  • Be available to receive your package and pay the COD amount.
  • Report any delivery problems as soon as possible.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers beyond our control.
